We provide detailed plans that teams will need to follow to construct a cardboard hand Chariot that can transport ‘Gladiators’. All the required materials are included in the kit. Once each team has completed its production, they’ll race their vehicles for time and quality: points will be awarded for the most original resilient design & who reaches the finish line first.

How does it promote Teambuilding?

This teambuilding activity is designed to challenge teams and develop their skills in time management, strategy, planning, and contingency planning. Taking part in this exercise can help team members gain better insight into their colleagues while giving them the opportunity to show off their initiative, problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and teamwork.
